Welcome to MAHHAYATRAH! By using our website and booking services, you agree to the
following Terms & Conditions:

1. Ticketing & Booking Policy

• All ticket bookings are non-refundable.
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your booked time slot.
• Group bookings (10+ people) may require advance payment and confirmation.

2. VR Experience Guidelines

• Visitors must arrive 15 minutes before the booked slot.
• For safety, children under 6 years and individuals with epilepsy, vertigo, or heart
  conditions should consult a doctor before participating.
• Food, drinks, and mobile phone use are not permitted inside the VR experience
  zone.

3. Liability & Safety

• MAHHAYATRAH is not responsible for health-related discomforts due to VR exposure.
• Any damage to VR equipment due to misuse will be charged to the visitor.

4. Intellectual Property

• All VR content, visuals, and experiences are proprietary and cannot be recorded or
  reproduced.

5. Disputes & Governing Law

Any disputes will be governed by Indian laws and resolved in courts of Uttar
Pradesh.
